Another document, "Formatting Documents Using the UNIX Operating System:
The -ms Macro Package User's Guide for NROFF/TROFF", mentions the
".BP" macro which equally indents a paragraph on left and right sides.
This appears to have the same effect as the ".QP" mentioned in the
referenced message (an example is given). The indentation amount can
be set. (BP = Block Paragraph).
