Bell C on VM/370

	 We have the Bell Labs C* running on IBM MVS.  There is a terse
	 report attached to it describing roughly how it could be
	 adapted to VM.  Has anyone done this outside of Bell Labs?
	 Our systems people don't think there is enough info to go on.
	 Any advice would be appreciated. (trading the 3081 for some
	 more VAXen is not an option).
