Ethernet terminal concentrators + VAX 11/785 ?

VAX-11/785 is *not* a theoretical machine and it does run 4.2BSD.

As a matter of fact, our netmachine (diku) is a '785 (the first
in Europe we have been told), and have - for some months now (2-3
months) - been running 4.2BSD, but with some problems, though, due
to some hardware and educational problems (The DEC people had not
learned what a VAX-11/785 was fur ein ding - you known in our days
the technical progress goes faster than the people installing and
using them (:-)).
