Driver for DATARAM disk controller (help).

I am looking for a driver for a DATARAM disk controller, attached to the
UNIBUS of a 750 running 4.2BSD. I want to hang an RM05 emulation off it.
Any help (including pointing me in the right direction) would be greatly
appreciated. (Please reply by mail)
