RPC (remote procedure call)

I have been interested in this sort of thing for a while; the language
which seems to me to be the best suited to this sort of use is UT's
Concurrent Euclid (which I unfortunatley have never gotten a chance to pick
up, since it wouldn't seem to directly benefit Dual at this time).
Toronto, are you out there? Comments?
