The Unix-Wizards and Info-Unix lists will be transmitted by BRLNET host
BRL-TGR for the next few months, as we are converting BRL-VGR into a
Purdue-style Dual-VAX, and expect substantial amounts of downtime.

Messages sent to any BRL host will be properly delivered.  Hopefully,
this move will be completely transparent to everybody.
