nroff dot matrix printer driver tables wanted

I am looking for nroff printer driver tables for standard personal
dot matrix printers such as the Epson FX series, C. Itoh, NEC,
Okidata 82, etc.  I am interested in being able to access via nroff
various features of such printers like super and sub scripting,
alternative greek/math fonts, underlining, etc.  Are driver tables
for these kinds of printers available somewhere? If so, would it be
possible to post them to net.sources?  Thanks very much for any
help.
