I managed to fix a lost+found directory entry with a \0 in the middle
of it using fsdb to rename the file.  It was a Sunday evening, and I
even did it without unmounting the file system (possibly bad policy).

You can get bitten by this if you're fsdb'ing a mounted filesystem and
the shell command you typed was
	# fsdb (character-special device)

Try it: go to that directory and do an "ls", then do an "fsdb" on the
"raw" device, type "sync" to the shell, and look at your changes. If your
buffer pool is very big, your changes will magically be undone.
