Can anyone explain this bug?

	My  H19 does not wrap lines, so I tried setting the environment
variable TERMCAP to
  kb|h19-nowrap:am@:tc=h19:
Unfortunately, when I tried to use the program "more", I got an error
message which said "Infinite tc loop".  This happened even if I changed
"h19-nowrap" to something else not containing  "h19" (such as "xxx").
Then I tried setting TERMCAP to
  kb|h19-nowrap:am@:tc=heath:
which worked fine (heath is a synonym for h19).  I am perfectly happy
to use the latter form, but I am very curious why the first version
doesn't work.  Any explanations?
