DZ32 mods

Here's another one...

I have a 750 running 4.2 BSD with a DZ32 board.  I'd like to use
RTS/CTS for flow control.  Does anyone know how (if) that can be done
with the 4.2 dz driver?  I really don't have the time or inclination to
delve into the code right now -- I'm trying to concentrate on writing
my thesis.  However, I need the flow control so I can log into our
development system.

Any suggestions/tips/code will be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!
