Program to change tty modes

<What you gonna call? DEBUGGER!>
Now that the silliness is over with, I have just completed
a nifty little program which has simplified our operations
by a bit. It's whole purpose in life is to change the modes
on tty lines to be 0666 when they are made non-loginable.
Why someone would want that? A very good question. We use
these non-loginable lines for downloading and the like, and
never know who (whom?) is going to use them, hence the need to
allow anyone to read and write these lines. Also, we have
a tendency to move these lines from port to port, adding or
subtracting as needed. We have been doing this operation
by hand, but we often forget to change the mode of the tty
after turning it off in /etc/ttys.
Anyway, we incorporate the call of this program with our
shell script which forces init to re-read /etc/ttys, and
our operators don't have to worry about it. (Just why
we have a shell script to do a "kill -N 1" is because
we have 2 different values for N over 4 machines).
If there is any interest in such a beastie, I will be
happy to mail it to you. If I get more than 3 or 4
requests, I'll post it in net.sources for you all to enjoy.
