bringing up 2.9 on 11/23: memory problems

When 2.9bsd prints out "No Clock", it means that it didn't see a
KW11L-style CSR at address 177546.  11/23s normally don't have these
anyway.  Beg, borrow, or steal a KPV11 or BDV11 board and stick it in.
These boards (among others) provide the necessary hardware register.
Make sure, too, that you have your LTC switch off when using one of
these boards, otherwise you'll have a line clock running at 120 Hz.

Your trap at pc=6142, overlay 2 is in the middle of the 'csv'
routine.  This might be some strange behaviour caused by the lack of
a clock.
