UDA50 problems

Under 4.1 BSD? (NOTE THE 1).  Does this driver work under 4.1 BSD?  Not
without some work.  I've looked at the code.  Just to start off, the
"#include" files are different.  If you have some magic for making the
RIACS UDA50/RA?? driver work for 4.1 (NOTE THE 1) BSD I'd love to hear
about it since I want to use UDA50/RA81's under 4.1 BSD.
