TCP/IP on SysV (summary)

Whatever happened to the Woologong Group code that was going to
be distributed by AT&T???  (There was a big announcement of this
last summer, and it was in beta-test and pre-release test, etc
in october).

On the other hand, I'd rather have the streams implementation.
