INFO-C is for language questions & such like.  It's gatewayed to net.lang.c
Most of the recent discussion on compiler optimization should have gone
there.

INFO-UNIX is gatewayed to net.unix, and should be for general questions,
help-each-other-out stuff, and political/sales hash.

UNIX-WIZARDS is gatewayed to net.unix-wizards, and should be reserved for
difficult technical issues.
