4.1 DEUNA drivers

Dear All,

        I wonder if anyone can help me. At University College
London we run Berkley 4.1 on a VAX 11/750 and have a
DEUNA Ether board installed. What we lack is a suitable driver,
we have one for 4.2, but for various reasons we cannot run
that system on this particular VAX at present. Does anyone
out there know of such a driver (or a related one), and if so
how might I be able to get hold of it?
