DHU11 info wanted

The DEC terminal multiplexor DHU11 has 16 lines, maximum speed of
38.4 kbaud, DMA output and full modem control.

Is this device supported by UNIX (now or in the future) ?

Is it some way related to the well known DH11 ?

Is there some information on performance and price compared with DMF32 ?
