out of sequence message in UNIX-WIZARDS

I have been informed that the reason for the out of sequence messages
from UNIX-WIZARDS (including my two recent messages regarding my
MSDOS UUCP) are due to the multiple processes being used to handle
mail traffic at BRL. Apparently there are no interlocks to avoid
sequencing problems; each process just grabs whatever comes along
asynchronously. If you leave enough time between messages
(as delivered to BRL) you can avoid the problem, but it isn't clear
at this point what "enough time" really is. So be warned that
sequences of messages may appear in random order if sent to BRL
over a short period of time.
