DMC-11 tty driver for 4.2BSD wanted

I'm looking for a DMC-11 tty driver for 4.2BSD similar to the SYSV DMC
driver.  If you have a port of the SYSV DMC driver (preferred) or have
written a DMC tty driver, please contact me at one of the addresses below.
Note that I am not looking for the internet version of the DMC driver
(which we already have), but rather a tty based driver.
