MicroVax II 4.[23] BSD

Could someone who is knowledgeable please expound on the difficulties
in porting and supporting 4.2 and 4.3 on MicroVaxen?  I am rather
confused as to why no one seems to be doing or already have done this
rather obvious port.  Thanks.
