TU81 driver for 4.2bsd

Hello
	I'm a programmer for Bolt Beranek and Newman and I'm in dire need of
a driver for a TU81 tape drive .  I'm running Berkley 4.2bsd on a VAX 11/750. 
I would love the sources for a driver , but at this point I NEED at least the 
binary and the include files.
