VAX Loadable device drivers ?

	Earlier this year, hasiuk at spp2 posted to net.sources a scheme for
user-loadable device drivers for the SUN. Has anyone ported this stuff to
the 4.2BSD VAX ? Are there other similar schemes to allow programmable or
loadable device drivers ?
