UMC Z80 controllers

I have two UMC Z80 controller boards which I am no longer using
as part of the host interface to a Cambridge Ring. I wondered if
anyone is using these to do anything interesting (or even mundane).
It seems as though there should be some use to which I can put
these.

Suggestions? (Nothing illegal or immoral please (:-))
