I still can't seem to get the Cipher to go into 100 ips mode.  
I've tried dd bs=32k </dev/hp0a >/dev/rmt0 on a lightly loaded 750
and I've tried the 4.3 version of dump.  Haven't tried the
mass driver yet.  

The best results I've had has been with dd (32k blocks).  All this
does, though, is keep the drive going pretty well at 25 ips.  Does 
anyone know how to get the Cipher into "high gear" (100 ips).  Is
this 100 ips stuff just marketing hype?
