Xenix USERFILE bug

Ran into a little bug in SYS V Xenix uucp.  The USERFILE:

uucp, /usr/spool/uucppublic /usr/caf/public
, /

does not allow access to the *public directories as promised by the
documentation.  Workaround: only one directory per line:

uucp, /usr/spool/uucppublic
uucp, /usr/caf/public
, /
