How to fix 4.1/4.2 for > 8 Mb?

I never stored the Joy-approved list of changes needed to use
> 8 Mb under 4.1 or 4.2.  Ultrix has incorporated the 4.2 changes;
right now I need the 4.1 changes.  If anyone can send me by e-mail
only (not this newsgroup) a copy of the list, I promise to take
better care of it.  I will also send copies to any e-mail "me-too"s
that I get.  (No copies to "me-too"s to the net:  if you don't know
how to get to seismo!hadron!jsdy, ask your system administrator.)
