File Transfer (UNIX --> PIP RSX)

I have to transfer a file from a Vax785 running 4.2 BSD to an Aplicon
computer that takes tapes, as if it were a PDP running VMS, in
PIP RSX tape format (800 or 1600 bpi).

Has anyone a programme that does this?  Please reply by e-mail.
