Rather than just going in there in your Trojan horse and jumping out and 
attacking, you could be a bit more subtle and *introduce* a bug that
you could take advantage of later.  This would be akin to rigging the
drawbridge so you could open it from the outside.  Perhaps they would
then think, "gosh, was our drawbridge always so insecure?" and not even
notice the Trojan horse.
