Quota bug 4.3 BSD+NFS form Mt. Xinu

We have a problem here with the quota system think that people have
used some hugh number of blocks when they have not. I have not
been able to get even the slightest hint as to what causes this.
Is anyone else having this problem? Please reply by mail if you
do along with any relevent information to help narrow down the potential
causes.
