Removal from mailing list

   I don't mean to be nasty but can't something be done to people
who send messages like this:

to the maillist as opposed to mailist-request.  It's one thing to
do it to request to the list. However, it is another thing after you've been
on it.  The last couple of weeks there have been have been a lot of
these.  It's just a pet peeve of mine.
