Where can I get the best version of Sendmail?

I'm having so many problems coping with the different versions of sendmail
(since Ultrix sendmail != 4.3 RT sendmail != SunOS sendmail) that I've
decided to try and get all of our Berkeleyish Unix machines to run the
same sendmail with the same (almost) config files.  So I'm looking for the
sources.  Are they available with anonymous ftp from somewhere on the net?
