That's actually (ha, ha), a reference to BSD 2.9 reversed, but I think the
actually title BSD 2.9 might have a copyright on it. But you can
take consolation in the fact the you recognized the slang.
BTW, BSD 2.9 was the fore-runner of 4.1. Which in turn spawned 4.2,
who in turn was kind enough to spawn 4.3, and soon 4.4.
