RCS for System V

Does anyone know of a public domain version of RCS that will run under
System V?  (I don't want to convert all of our RCS files to SCCS.)  I
was going to port the version 3(?) RCS from our 4.2bsd source tape, but
there is a copyright notice :-(.  Please reply to me directly.
