public domain gks (graphics) for unix?

I am looking for a public domain gks package for unix that will drive
a Tektronics 4107 graphics station.  Does anybody know of any in 
existence?  We are running Ultrix 1.0 on a Vax 11/730.

Any help would be most appreciated.
