CD-ROM of wizards digest and source code libraries

Has anyone thought of or attempted to produce CD-ROM copies of Wizards
Digest and Unix-Sources.  Seems like this would be a worthwhile thing
for USENIX to do and eventually make it possible for a Wizards workbench
to be produced..
