Hardware handshake on uvax serial ports

We're running Ultrix 2.2 on a Microvax II.  We need a serial port driver
that can do hardware handshake as we have some old printers and several
microprocessor emulators that don't respond to XON/XOFF.  Caveat: we have
a binary only license.
