UNIX INTERNALS TRAINING

I am looking for a company that offers UNIX(we are currently running ULTRIX)
training at the internals level to individuals who's employers do not hold a
source code license.  I have had a experience with GENESIS TECHNOLOGY CORP. in
New York/New Jersey.  If anyone can recommend someone somewhere in the New
England area for this type of training, I would greatly appreciately it.
