Driver for GPIB board

I need some advice on converting a driver for a General Purpose Instrument Bus
(GPIB) board.  We are running UNIX 4.1 BSD on a VAX 11/780.  Our goal is to 
transport the driver to a UNIX 4.3 BSD environment on a VAX 11/780.  We want to
know if any one has had experience with converting this driver.  If so, 
could you give us detailed information on what you did and the problems you 
experienced.  The board is a GPIBII version 2 and the software that came 
with the board is at revision level C.  We have four files ibv2.c, ibudp.c, 
ibup.c, and ibic.c.  It would be helpful if we could find out what C changes 
were made to each file.
