Disk problems - Help needed

configuration: MicrovaxII, Ultrix1.1, Emulex QD32--> two Fuji Eagles.
Worked flawlessly for over two years.  Now, DEC does some minor repairs on
Microvax and Fujis refuse to come on line.  Tried swapping controllers, 
replacing cables, terminators etc.  Rabads shows same problem.  Even tried
another Microvax. Repairs DEC did were to replace RD53, and upgrade power
strip.  Everything else in system works fine.

Would appreciate any suggestions on experiments to try to isolate problem.
DEC and now CDC are stumped.
