3B2 gurus: is DECNet available for 3B2?

Hello 3B2 gurus,

We have two 3B2/400 computers currently linked via 3BNet.  I would like
to connect them to the campus-wide ethernet network which runs LAT and
DECNet.  We are running UNIX System V Rel 3 and have the RFS Utilities
package (V1.1) and the Network Support Utilites package (V1.1).  However,
these don't allow us to connect to the network.

I realize that getting TCP/IP would be a better way to go, but that
is just not feasible.  The computer center director is afraid that
would put too large a load on our VAXcluster (8700 & 8550).

What I want to do is get DECNet running on the 3B2s.  Since there are
versions of DECNet available for PCs, I'm hoping that there is a cheap
(or better, free) version available for UNIX which can be run on the 3B2.

Now, before I get a barrage of messages saying, in essence, RTFM, let me
note that
      1)  I don't have easy access to the DEC manuals (they are in the
          computer center and can't be checked out)
      2)  Even if I had access, I don't have the time.  I teach a full
          load (4 courses here) in addition to "managing" our 3B2s and
          we don't have any student assistants (no money).
