BSD style pseudo-ttys (pty's)

	I am in need of some help on the use of Berkeley style pseudo-
tty's.  I am working on a System V installation with some Berkeley features,
including pty's.  But the vendor will not provide documentation of these
features and I need to use the pseudo-terminals to isolate a slave process
from the real terminal.  Any documentation or program fragments showing how
to set up a two-way communication through pseudo-tty's would be appreciated.
Or any pointers on where I could get such documentation.
