Looking for BSD 4.3 for 386 Boxes

About a year ago someone  from UCSD? posted a note saying they had
ported BSD 4.3 to a IBM-PC and were willing to make the sources
avialible to anyone who had a BSD 4.3 source license.  I lost that
individual's name and mail address.  Can anyone tell me who did this
work, and how to get a copy of BSD 4.3 which runs on 386s?
