shl not working

You are probably running a kernel that does not have the SXT module
linked in.  Look at your /usr/sys/system file and if there is no
line that resembles

INCLUDE: SXT

in it, you must edit that file, add the line, and re-configure the
kernel by doing a "make" in /usr/sys.
