3b2 Kernel Hackers, HELP!!

Hi Folks,

Do you know whether it is possible to call other device driver entry
points from your own device driver?

I am writing a device driver for a remote file access and it is
absolutely required that I open, read / write the 3bnet ethernet LAN.

When I try to do this, I get illegal opcode error, errors in MMU and
the system crashes.

I am using an AT&T 3b2, running SVR2.0.2.

I had posted this earlier but it went unresponded. 
Surely there is someone out there...
