Really Old Unix sources

Remember back when you could carry the source listings of the kernel
and all the manuals *and* a cup of coffee? I am trying to track down
the sources for REALLY old AT&T UNIX versions back as far as V6 or
V7 or PWB. Yeah, Yeah, it only works on PDP-11's and it has no
support for anything and I really ought to use Minix or some similar
contemporary mini-UNIX with public domain sources. Please humor me.
I have contacted the legal people at Western Electric and I am legally
allowed to have and hold the sources (N.C. State Univ has a license
for most UNIX sources) and I even have a name and phone number of
a legal person at Western Electric who will confirm this for you.
Western Electric no longer maintains these vintage sources but they
wished me well in my hunt.
Can anyone out there help? Any dusty old tapes or archival files
with this stuff? If so please contact me so we can work out some
logistics. (I don't have a fat grant to pay for things, but I
will certainly underwrite any costs attached. :-)
Thanks for any offers, leads, clues, fond remembrances ....
