Not at all unlikely; I know several sites that have n-column columnators
named n (n = 2..6), and some have had a program named "1" that printed
out "one Bell system - it works" or "You're not in the editor, Bernie" or
some such reminder.  These are admittedly unlikely to be used immediately
after an ampersand.
