These two sentences are not necessarily complemantary. Nor are they
necessarily opposed to each other. They are orthogonal. For examples
in another field of endeavour:
"The Caddilac Fleetwood is the finest car ever built. It has more options and
carrying capacity than any car ever dreamed of."
"The Porsche 959 is the finest car ever built. It has more sophisticated
handling and a higher drivable speed than any car ever dreamed of."
"The VW Beetle is the finest car ever built. It has more versions and a longer
useful life than any car ever dreamed of."
"The BMW 750 is the finest car ever built..."
