Bc is part of AT&T's product, and hence is covered by AT&T's source
license.

There are a number of more-or-less public domain multiple precision
packages; a pointer to several was posted in sci.crypt in the last
few weeks.

I don't know where RSA source might be found; do be aware, however,
that RSA is covered by a U.S. patent.
