This very same thing occurs very regularly using tcsh on our
Pyramid MIServer. The one I notice all the time is when I alias h
to be "history | more". It only takes 3 or 4 invokations of h to get
the mysterious Stopped (tty output) message...
It looks like the Stopping gene has been passed down from
generation to generation ..... :-)
