But it was typed by a Norwegian!

I think both Norwegians described the same thing, but expressed it
differently.  Namely, there are additional ALPHABETIC keys (beyond
the 26 Latin characters), and are probably no keys for { | and }
graphic characters as such.

Note that standards for these matters have been evolving; existing
systems may not reflect any particular "latest" standard.

Anyone who has seen the wide variation around the world in typewriter
keyboard layouts should appreciate the situation.
